  • Bonuses, royalties, incentives, or commissions

Income depends entirely on individual effort, sales performance, leadership ability, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Company's control.

6. Business Volume (BV) & Commission Rules

  • BV shall be generated only on eligible product purchases.
  • The Company reserves the right to revise BV values, incentives, and payout structures.
  • Commissions, bonuses, rewards, and royalties shall be paid only after verification.
  • Any incorrect payout may be adjusted or recovered by the Company.

If any order is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding BV, commission, royalty, incentive, and reward shall be reversed.

7. Monthly Qualification Requirement
To remain eligible for certain incentives, rank benefits, royalty pools, leadership rewards, or promotional programs, distributors may be required to maintain minimum personal and/or group business volume as specified in the Compensation Plan.

The Company reserves the right to revise qualification criteria at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities
Distributors and users shall not:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Make guaranteed income claims.
  • Use Company trademarks without authorization.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of distributorship.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
The names, logos, trademarks, designs, product names, marketing materials, website content, videos, graphics, and other intellectual property belonging to VEDASUNS HERB PRIVATE LIMITED are the exclusive property of the Company.
No person may use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Company intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
